We have a range of membership packages available all tailored to different needs. If you are a student or serve in the Armed Forces, Emergency Services or NHS, we also offer discounted rates. You can also drop by the gym for a one off session if you're in the area and missing your CrossFit fix.

The barbaric gym is packed full of specialist equipment, with a range of group workout classes running daily led by our fully qualified trainers. Our Open Gym has plenty of equipment, from specialist cardio machines to power lifting equipment and plenty of plates for your workouts.
