Fundamentals Course

Novice

The Fundamentals course is designed for those who wish to train in one of our regular group classes. During this course you will participate on our movement curriculum, this will be in a group format. The course is three parts, and we do need you to complete all parts.

Testing Out

On the other hand if you feel you have what it takes to be a barbarian and would be comfortable performing the following movements (pull-ups, dips, snatch, deadlift, clean and jerk), you can request that you are given a practical test. Upon completion and passing, of the testing out you will gain immediate access to our group coaching sessions.

Everything Fundamental

During the course we will drill and show you a lot of the movements that our group classes are comprised off as well as giving you a taste into the intensity levels that are essential in our classes.

Please note, if you have pre-existing injuries or are deconditioned, additional private coaching sessions may be required before moving into our fast-paced group classes.
